It’s that time of the year….New Year’s Resolutions, Diets, changes, hopes, and accomplishments waiting us for the New Year. A-shift had discussed as a crew it was time to try and make a stand together as a crew, and wanted something fun and some motivation to take this serious. This is open to any New Haven FIRE or EMS member. This “Biggest Loser” Competition is merely a friendly informal contest to encourage us all to start and follow through with a healthy lifestyle. Cost to join competition is $20 per person. See below for official Rules. Official Weigh in will take place January 1st, 2010 from 8am – 10pm at Base 10. Contest Will Commence on Friday March 5 with weigh-in from 8am – 8pm at Base 10, winners to be announced on Monday March 8th. Weigh IN 8am - 8pm.
